WHO WE ARE

We are a community-based non-profit organization passionate about uplifting and empowering people with disabilities and families in need in the metro Atlanta area.

The Network for Independence, Inc. has been operating and helping individuals and families in need since 2014 and became a 501c3 nonprofit in 2020.

OUR MISSION

To increase the level of INDEPENDENCE and improve the Quality of Life for the individuals and families we serve through our programs, specialized services, and connection to resources in their community.

The Network for Independence works directly in the community with individuals and families to assist them with identifying and accessing the services and supports they need to live healthy and productive lives.

Through our community-based programs designed to help individuals with disabilities and families in need of support:

We hope to promote social services and community health programs and ease access to these services.
We hope to increase employment opportunities for targeted populations and develop qualified job seekers.
We hope to meet the needs all members of a family unit through local resources, services, and programs.
We hope to create a community-wide spirit of engagement, participation, and collaboration.
